Evoke reports 3% fall in UK online revenue as black-market competition weighs

Deals & M&A

Evoke said black-market activity weighed on its UK sports business, particularly horse racing, as it reported a 3% decline in UK online revenue for 2025. Group revenue rose 2% to £1.78bn, while the company recorded a £549.1m loss after tax and adjusted EBITDA of £356.2m; it also said its strategic review remained ongoing.

The reported UK revenue decline and black-market concerns inform operators’ assessment of competition and trading conditions in the market.
