evoke said in a post-close trading update on 27 January that 2025 revenue was expected to rise 2% to £1.79bn. The company forecast fourth-quarter revenue of £464m, down 3% year on year, and adjusted EBITDA of £355m to £360m for the full year.
The forecast gives investors an updated view of evoke’s revenue and adjusted EBITDA after a weaker fourth quarter.

Betfred founder Fred Done said a proposed increase in UK Machine Gaming Duty from 20% to 40% could force the company to close 495 shops within a year. He said this could put 2,575 jobs at risk and cost the Exchequer about £67 million in tax revenue; the proposal was reportedly under consideration ahead of the Autumn Budget.

Reportedly, Gaming Corps has secured a distribution deal with Playtech. The studio’s complete games catalogue goes live through Playtech Open Platform, giving operators across 40 regulated markets access to its titles.
Bally’s Intralot reported adjusted net debt above €1.6bn in its H1 2026 results while pursuing its acquisition of evoke. Debt rose by around €135m compared with a year earlier.
