EU court backs national bans on foreign-licensed online gambling

Regulation

The European Court of Justice ruled that EU law does not prevent member states from prohibiting online gambling services licensed elsewhere in the bloc. Operators licensed in one EU state may face civil claims over services prohibited where their customers live.
