Esportes Gaming Brasil executive links advertising to bettor safety
Esportes Gaming Brasil chief business officer Hugo Baungartner said advertising helps bettors distinguish licensed betting operators from illegal platforms in Brazil. Speaking at an IAB Brasil masterclass, he warned that proposed restrictions under Bill 3.563/2024 could shift gambling towards unregulated platforms and said the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting is considering regulation of B2B businesses.
