ESIC bans Counter-Strike 2 player for four years over betting violations

Enforcement & compliance

The Esports Integrity Commission banned Dmytro “nifee” Tediashvili from ESIC-member events until 20 October 2029 over match manipulation and betting-related corruption. ESIC said the case involved ESL Pro League Season 22 matches in October 2025 and suspicious betting activity. It reduced an initially considered five-year ban after Tediashvili admitted the conduct and cooperated with the investigation.

The sanction bars the player from ESIC-member events and underscores integrity risks tied to proposition betting.
