Dutch court holds Lalabet operators and directors liable to TOTO

Regulation

A Dutch court found SkyGrow and directors connected to Casbit and SkyGrow jointly liable for damage to TOTO Online from Lalabet’s unlicensed online gambling in the Netherlands.
