DraftKings and FanDuel file applications for Arkansas sports betting

Licences & markets

DraftKings and FanDuel submitted applications to enter Arkansas’s mobile sports betting market, according to a spokesperson for the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration. The Arkansas Racing Commission has not set a review date, and approval would still leave each operator needing a casino partner. State rules require the casino to retain at least 51% of the mobile platform’s net revenue.

The applications could add two mobile sportsbook brands, subject to commission approval and casino partnerships.
