Dominican Congress sends gambling bill to executive for promulgation or review

Regulation

The Dominican Republic’s Senate approved amendments to a gambling bill passed by the Chamber of Deputies, completing its passage through Congress and sending it to the executive for promulgation or review. Operators would face new licensing, location and compliance rules if the executive promulgates the bill.
