DGOJ launches generative AI assistant for Spanish gambling information

Regulation

Spain’s DGOJ launched a generative AI assistant to answer general questions about gambling procedures, services and regulation, the authority said. Conversations are stored for statistical and analytical purposes; the DGOJ said it may associate a user’s IP address with a conversation for security and service integrity.

Operators and users must distinguish the assistant’s general guidance from formal advice or administrative processing.
