Crotone police sanction gaming venue over public-space use and access rules

Enforcement & compliance

Police in Crotone reported administrative action against a gaming venue after inspections found that it had not displayed billiards prices and had occupied public space without authorisation. The venue received sanctions of €173 for the occupation and €1,032 for an external-surveillance violation; its operator was referred to the judicial authority over the missing price display.

The reported sanctions and referral indicate compliance exposure for gaming venues over premises and customer-information requirements.
