Conajzar says two Paraguay raffle licences expire on 13 November
Paraguay’s Comisión Nacional de Juegos de Azar (Conajzar) said the national raffle licences held by Grupo Car Show and Technologies Development of Paraguay are due to expire on 13 November 2026. The permits run for 24 months from the start of operations and require a minimum monthly payment of PYG55m, rising to 7% of net win when monthly revenue exceeds that amount.
The licence expiry could interrupt the two companies’ nationwide raffle operations unless their authorisations are renewed.
