Colorado Lottery names Pollard Banknote preferred bidder for digital lottery contract
The Colorado Lottery has selected Pollard Banknote as the apparent successful vendor for its digital lottery contract after a competitive procurement. The intended award remains subject to a protest period, a background investigation and formal contract execution; the solution covers an iLottery platform, website, mobile app, loyalty and rewards, marketing programmes and games.
The contract is not final until the protest period and background investigation are complete and the parties execute it.
