Colombia court suspends four Coljuegos advertising and enforcement provisions
Colombia's highest administrative court has suspended four provisions of a 2023 Coljuegos resolution pending judicial review, reportedly. The paused rules included a marketing-spend cap linked to gross gaming revenue, advertising-reporting requirements, certain sanctions and part of a share-sale approval requirement. The court did not annul the measures, and requirements to identify authorised operators remain in force.
Operators may be able to pause compliance with the specified advertising and reporting rules while the court reviews them.
