Coljuegos creates importer register for electronic gaming machines
Coljuegos said Resolution 8594 of 2025 created a register for importers and sellers of electronic slot machines in Colombia, with registration required before import from 2026. Importers and sellers have 45 calendar days from publication of Resolution 20260001234 on 26 January 2026 to register, and importers must report each machine’s destination within 10 days of customs clearance. Coljuegos said the system will be coordinated with DIAN to monitor imports and equipment destinations.
