Clever Advertising acquired a stake in iGaming Nuts, reportedly, according to a report dated 26 June 2026. The investment is intended to expand Clever Advertising’s presence in Europe and Latin America, with iGaming Nuts’ Poland expertise cited as a factor in the deal.
The investment links the affiliates and could support Clever Advertising’s expansion in European and Latin American markets.

Reportedly, Kenneth Dart has acquired 5.8% of DraftKings through his investment group Candle Lake. Dart also holds almost 30% of Flutter, which owns FanDuel.
It was reported that Cirsa acquired a majority interest in Sociedade Figueira Praia. The company owns and operates Portugal’s Casino Figueira in Figueira da Foz.
Cirsa acquired a majority stake in Slots del Sol, marking its entry into Paraguay, the company said. The purchase was funded from available cash reserves; Cirsa did not disclose the price and said it would not materially affect financial leverage. Slots del Sol operates two casinos and two gaming halls in the country.
France's competition authority has approved Banijay's planned acquisition of casino operator Joa without conditions. The review, the authority's first of a gambling transaction spanning online and land-based operations, focused mainly on poker and concluded that the deal was unlikely to restrict competition. The authority said its assessment did not account for possible future legalisation of online casino games.
Wynn Resorts expects its Al Marjan Island resort in Ras Al Khaimah to open in September 2027, according to chief executive Craig Billings. The company expects to decide around February 2027 how the resort will launch; handovers to its operations team are due to begin in early 2027, with full control expected in late July.
