City of Dreams Sri Lanka records LKR388.72m EBITDA in Q2 2026

Results

City of Dreams Sri Lanka recorded EBITDA of LKR388.72 million in the second quarter of 2026, according to results from local partner John Keells Holdings. The figure covered the integrated resort and was not comparable with the year-earlier result, which covered only the Cinnamon Life hotel; JKH said it included fixed rental income from the casino, operated by Melco Resorts & Entertainment.

The results distinguish resort-wide earnings from casino performance, which JKH said was not yet generating variable rental income.
