CFTC and NHL sign prediction-market integrity agreement in the US

The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the National Hockey League signed a memorandum of understanding on prediction-market integrity, according to the report. They will share information and coordinate on event contracts tied to professional hockey. It is the CFTC’s second agreement with a US professional sports league.

Information-sharing gives the CFTC and NHL a way to address integrity risks in professional hockey event contracts.
