Catania inspectors report betting shop owner over workplace safety breaches
Carabinieri and labour inspectors in Catania reported a betting-shop owner to judicial authorities after finding workplace safety violations at premises in Catania and Viagrande. The report says the owner was accused of failing to arrange required medical examinations for two employees and was fined €2,846 for that breach, with a further €3,132 administrative penalty for not keeping the risk assessment document at the workplace.
