Caesars Entertainment selected Suffolk Construction to lead the renovation and expansion of the Flamingo Las Vegas, according to the construction company. The work is planned around the resort’s 80th anniversary and includes a redesigned lobby, upgraded registration areas and refreshed public spaces.
The contract assigns Suffolk responsibility for a renovation project at Caesars’ Flamingo Las Vegas property.

Merkur and Gaming Arts presented their collaboration at this year’s G2E in Las Vegas, one year after appearing together at the event for the first time. Gaming Arts showed new games, while Merkur also presented hardware and content; Merkur Games board member Dominik Raasch said the companies were integrating their work across products, processes and teams.
Rio Hotel & Casino said it has partnered with gaming creators Mike and Ryan of Desert Degens, making the Las Vegas property their regular base for filming, events and promotions. They will film there on Tuesdays and Sundays, and the partnership will be marked by a second-anniversary event on 9 January 2027.
Reportedly, the chief executives of Wynn Resorts, MGM Resorts International and Caesars Entertainment reaffirmed Las Vegas's central role in US gambling at G2E on Tuesday. The speakers included Wynn Resorts chief executive Craig Billings, MGM Resorts International chief executive Bill Hornbuckle and Caesars Entertainment chief executive Tom Reeg.
BetMGM opened its first poolside sportsbook at Tailgate Beach Club, beside Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. The venue offers an outdoor betting window and access to the BetMGM app; the dayclub can accommodate up to 2,000 guests. BetMGM said the site joins its 10 other retail sportsbooks at MGM Resorts properties on the Las Vegas Strip.
Reportedly, Light & Wonder plans to exhibit licensed slot titles at G2E in Las Vegas. The supplier intends to present the games at the following week's event.
