Bulgarian government proposes gambling ad ban and tax changes

Regulation

Bulgaria’s government has proposed gambling-law changes for public consultation, including a broad advertising ban and changes to taxation. Operators may face tighter advertising rules, new tax calculations and additional reporting controls if the proposals are adopted.
