Regulation

Senator Eduardo Girão introduced Bill 1018/2026 in Brazil, proposing amendments to Law No. 14.790/2023 that would restrict incentives and retention practices used by fixed-odds betting operators. If Congress approves it, operators would have 90 days from publication to adapt, according to the proposal.
