Brazil’s SPA sets notification rules for betting authorisation changes

Regulation

Brazil’s Secretariat of Prizes and Betting issued procedures for fixed-odds betting operators to report changes to their authorisation conditions and notify the authority when operations begin. Operators must follow new approval and reporting procedures when changing authorised brands, platforms, ownership or other business details.
