Betpoint adds player statistics and FASTBET options to live betting

Betpoint has added player and team performance markets, FASTBET options and a faster mobile bet-slip process to its football betting offer, the company said. The changes cover both live and pre-match betting.

A statistics section will carry team markets for the main European leagues: 1X2 shots, 1X2 shots on target, under/over shots, under/over shots on target, under/over team shots and under/over team shots on target.

FASTBET will appear in the live interface for bets placed without acceptance delay, including during the most fast-moving phases of an event. In football, customers can bet on events such as a goal, a corner or a card in the following minutes; in tennis and volleyball they can bet on the next point. The feature will also be available for table tennis and will have its own section in the live interface.

On smartphones, holding down the selected outcome opens the bet slip, where the stake can be set and the bet confirmed, reducing the steps needed to place a bet.

For pre-match betting, two models are being added to the specials football section: under/over goals on the matchday and under/over team goals on the matchday. The first covers the total goals scored in all matches scheduled on that football day; the second separates goals by home teams from those by away teams. These markets will be available for the main European leagues and UEFA competitions.
