Belle Corp said it is discussing an operating partnership for a planned integrated resort in Clark, Pampanga, after board approval for a provisional casino licence. It plans to invest at least $300 million and aims to choose an operator within the year; its request to become a co-licensee remains under regulatory assessment.

Citigroup’s June survey found premium mass wagers in Macau fell 38% year on year to HK$9.8 million. Bloomberry Resorts said its OnlyFun.PH platform launched FollowBet x VMX Live in the Philippines, combining livestreams with gaming. The company said users can watch and interact with streamers while playing; local media reports said the platform planned to add 100 streamers in the fourth quarter, mostly from VMX.
OnlyFun.PH, the online platform of casino operator Bloomberry Resorts Corp, has rolled out FollowBet x VMX Live. A press release says the new feature runs “under the licence and regulation” of Pagcor, the Philippine regulator.
