Belgium’s Gaming Commission says a judge may order a person’s placement on the EPIS exclusion list. The resulting ban covers physical and online casinos, slot machine arcades and betting, and the Commission says it cannot change the details itself.
Operators must enforce court-ordered exclusions across both physical and online gambling channels.

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission launched Bet on Respect on 31 August to exclude bettors who harass athletes from legal wagering. The initiative applies existing exclusion powers under state law and regulation 205 CMR 152 to online and in-person harassment. It includes an online reporting portal.

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission describes a statewide programme allowing people to exclude themselves from casino gambling, sports wagering or iLottery for a chosen term. Participants must complete a reinstatement session before returning to gambling, and operators may extend an exclusion across their offerings at their discretion.
