Bally’s Intralot reports €1.61bn net debt in first half of 2026
Bally’s Intralot reported adjusted net debt of €1.61 billion at the end of the first half of 2026, up about €125 million from the end of 2025. The group said an €85 million payment linked to its 15-year electronic gaming machine monitoring licence in Victoria contributed to the increase. It is also preparing a proposed £243 million acquisition of evoke.
Higher adjusted net debt and the proposed evoke acquisition matter to investors evaluating Bally’s Intralot’s finances and M&A plans.
