Baden-Württembergische Spielbanken GmbH & Co. KG said its tariff commission has accepted the employer offer the company presented, concluding the salary negotiations. The company said the decision also creates the conditions to continue work on a new, unified collective agreement covering all three of its casino sites.
Under the accepted offer, all tariff-covered employees receive a gross monthly special payment of €230 on a full-time basis. The payments apply retroactively from 1 January 2026 and will be granted until a new, unified collective agreement is concluded.
The parties also agreed a no-strike period until 1 January 2027. Work on a joint collective agreement for the Baden-Baden, Konstanz and Stuttgart sites is to resume without delay, including the planning and holding of workshops in which the content of the future agreement is to be developed jointly.
Tobias Wald, managing director of Baden-Württembergische Spielbanken GmbH & Co. KG, said he welcomed the tariff commission's decision. He said acceptance of the offer gives employees planning certainty and allows the company to continue on its path towards a modern, transparent and unified collective agreement, adding that he considered it particularly important to resume direct discussion of the content.
With the salary negotiations concluded, the company said the joint focus can now be placed on drafting the new collective agreement. The company described the result as an important milestone for the further development of Baden-Württembergische Spielbanken and its employees.
