A federal appeals judge in Brazil granted CDA Gaming temporary relief on 3 November, allowing the owner of Betsul and Casa de Apostas to resume online betting while litigation continues. The order restores its domains and necessary payment, financial and operating services, and prevents application of Provisional Measure No. 1394/2026 until further court action. The ruling is provisional, not a final decision on the measure’s validity.
A Brazilian federal court has granted an injunction that lets CDA Gaming Ltda, owner of Betsul and Casa de Apostas, temporarily reopen online betting in Brazil. Provisional Measure No. 1394/2026 can no longer affect the company, in a passage that names Federal Appellate Judge Adriana Pileggi and November 3. The resolution also requires the restoration of its website domains and of the payment, financial and operational services it needs. The terms stay in force until the court has examined the case or reaches another decision.
