Arizona revokes Underdog licence after Crypto.com partnership

Enforcement & compliance

Arizona revoked Underdog’s fantasy sports licence following its partnership with Crypto.com and interest in prediction markets, according to the report. A Citizens analyst said DraftKings and FanDuel had not breached rules that could lead to licence loss, while smaller operators could face regulatory risks. The report said neither Underdog nor Crypto.com offered prediction markets in Arizona.

The revocation signals that Arizona may scrutinise fantasy operators’ prediction-market partnerships when assessing licence status.
