ANJ sets anti-fraud priorities for French operators after 2025 reviews

Regulation

France’s ANJ reviewed operators’ anti-fraud plans for the 2025 cycle and issued 19 decisions, the regulator said. It approved 18 companies, while Pari Mutuel Urbain received conditional approval requiring improvements to retail-shop oversight and internal reporting. The ANJ also identified stronger customer checks and suspicious-activity reporting as areas of progress.

Operators need to address retail oversight and internal reporting conditions for Pari Mutuel Urbain’s full approval.
