Allwyn and Logflex withdraw Novibet acquisition plan after Greek regulator feedback

Deals & M&A

Allwyn and Novibet parent Logflex MT Holding agreed to withdraw their planned acquisition after receiving feedback from Greece’s Hellenic Competition Commission, the companies said. The HCC warned that the deal would give Allwyn sole control of a close competitor and strengthen its position in the Greek market.

The withdrawal leaves Allwyn without the planned controlling stake in Novibet and ends the proposed change in Greek market ownership.
