The AGCO said its 2025–2028 Strategic Plan followed work during fiscal year 2024–2025, which ran from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025. The plan sets four goals: reducing harm, supporting industry sustainability and innovation, strengthening the organisation and developing its workforce.
The plan sets the AGCO's stated priorities for regulating Ontario's gaming market and other sectors over three years.

It was reported that MEF’s report on 2025 spending and administrative efficiency reached the Chamber of Deputies. It identifies safer public gambling provision, action against illegal offerings and player protection among ADM’s objectives.
Ireland’s Gambling Regulatory Authority published its Statement of Strategy for 2025 to 2027, setting priorities as it develops a gambling licensing and regulatory regime. The authority identified licensing, compliance monitoring, enforcement, consumer protection, governance and digital services as its six functional areas.
Italy’s ADM published its 2026 strategic programme, identifying implementation of the gambling-sector reorganisation under Legislative Decree 41/2024 as a priority. The agency said it would strengthen oversight of land-based and online gambling, combat illegal and underage gambling, and promote a safer, transparent offer.
The Malta Gaming Authority outlined its views on gambling regulation ahead of the London iGaming RegCom 2026 event on 29 and 30 June. The MGA said supervision should be proportionate to risk, make greater use of data and technology, and address emerging issues early; its representative Erika Formosa-Falzon is due to join a panel on anti-money laundering practices.
The DGOJ took part in Bet on Ceuta 2026 on 17 and 18 June, addressing player protection and online fraud, the regulator said. Director General Mikel Arana said the main challenges lie within Spain's regulated market and cited planned joint deposit limits and a common risk-detection mechanism. A second session covered identity fraud with Experian.
