AGCO outlines when it may impose monetary penalties on Ontario gaming registrants

Ontario's Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) says it may impose monetary penalties on gaming registrants for contraventions of the Gaming Control Act, 1992 and its regulations. The penalties are intended as an intermediate compliance measure, while repeated or serious breaches may instead lead the Registrar to propose immediate suspension or revocation.
Gaming registrants face financial penalties as an alternative compliance measure before suspension or revocation may be considered.
