ADM sets transitional certification rules for live games and peer-to-peer betting

Regulation

Italy’s Customs and Monopolies Agency (ADM) set transitional technical-certification procedures for specified online games until new ministerial decrees are adopted. Concessionaires and verification bodies must apply transitional certification and technical requirements while the new online-gambling framework is implemented.
