- Nevis regulator launches prediction market licence for operators and suppliers
The Nevis Online Gaming Authority (NOGA) launched a dedicated prediction market licensing regime in Nevis, according to the report. The licence is open to operators and B2B technology and service providers, and covers markets including sports, politics, finance and cryptocurrencies. NOGA said the framework includes corporate due diligence, anti-money laundering and customer protection requirements.
