Morocco's draft Finance Bill projects MAD195m in gambling-related revenue for 2027, according to the report. The forecast comprises MAD90m from mutual betting deductions, MAD80m for the Treasury's lottery account and MAD25m in SOREC profit distributions. The draft also proposes applying automatic tax assessment procedures to gambling-winnings declarations from 1 January 2027, if approved.
