Borgarting court rejects WorldVentures appeal in Norway pyramid case

Borgarting Court of Appeal has dismissed WorldVentures' appeal against a 2016 Oslo District Court ruling in its lawsuit against the Norwegian state. The appeal court concluded that WorldVentures ran an unlawful pyramid-like sales system in Norway. Lotteritilsynet ordered sales of memberships and the DreamTrips product halted in April 2014.
