- GLPI forms Prologis joint venture to redevelop former Joliet casino site
Gaming and Leisure Properties has agreed to form a joint venture with Prologis to develop the former Hollywood Casino Joliet site in Illinois. GLPI will contribute the 262-acre site in three phases, while Prologis will manage and develop it; plans for a five-building warehouse and distribution park remain subject to City of Joliet review and approval.
