- KSA fines EOD Code for illegal gambling offer across multiple sites
The Dutch Kansspelautoriteit imposed a fine on EOD Code SRL for offering unlicensed gambling in the Netherlands through sites including Instantcasino and Skyhills, the regulator said. KSA staff could gamble on several of the company's sites without measures blocking Dutch participation, and the regulator cited missing visible age verification and cryptocurrency and anonymous payment options. The KSA said it is the highest fine it has issued for an illegal offer, calculated on an estimate of revenue from Dutch players.
