Arnold Ventures awards US$2.6m for US sports betting research
Arnold Ventures said it awarded about US$2.6 million in research grants to 12 universities and research centres studying the effects of sports betting in the United States. The projects will examine financial wellbeing, family formation, mental health and consumer behaviour; none will cover prediction markets.
