Zeal Network has agreed to acquire full ownership of UK prize draw operator SevenCanyon, having already held a 3.5% stake. The deal includes an initial £33.8 million cash payment and an earnout of up to £4.8 million in the six months after completion, according to the report.

France's competition authority has approved Banijay's planned acquisition of casino operator Joa without conditions. The review, the authority's first of a gambling transaction spanning online and land-based operations, focused mainly on poker and concluded that the deal was unlikely to restrict competition. Wynn Resorts expects its Al Marjan Island resort in Ras Al Khaimah to open in September 2027, according to chief executive Craig Billings. The company expects to decide around February 2027 how the resort will launch; handovers to its operations team are due to begin in early 2027, with full control expected in late July.

Betfair will continue operating in Italy through the end of 2026, with Flutter postponing its decision on the market to 2027, according to a report citing sources inside the company. The review reportedly takes account of Italy’s remote-gambling concession costs and the timetable for technology changes set by ADM; Betfair’s Italian affiliate programme ended on 31 October 2026.

According to that account, Flutter decided to maintain Betfair's operations throughout 2026 and to assess the sustainability of its Italian presence at a later stage.
DraftKings lowered its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $6.35 billion-$6.55 billion, from $6.5 billion-$6.9 billion previously, and reported a third-quarter adjusted EBITDA loss of $317 million.
