Deals & M&A

The World Series of Poker agreed a multi-year deal for ESPN to broadcast its Main Event, with coverage beginning on 2 July, the organisations said. ESPN platforms are expected to carry about 100 hours of original programming annually, including a live, three-night finale scheduled for 3–5 August. The event’s 2025 edition drew 246,960 entrants and awarded more than $481 million in prizes.
