The UK Gambling Commission released operator data for October to December 2025, showing wagers of £25.7bn on slots, up from £24bn in the same quarter of 2024. The figures cover the largest operators, which the commission said account for about 70% of the market; slots revenue rose 10% to £788m.

Bally’s Intralot shareholders approved the proposed €283.2m acquisition of Evoke, with 99.585% of votes cast supporting the deal, according to the report. Evoke shareholders had already approved it. Regulatory authorisations and a court hearing remain outstanding, with completion expected in late 2026 or early 2027.
Playtech chief executive Mor Weizer said the company is targeting an agreement and launch in Brazil by early 2027. He said the government and prospective customer had asked Playtech to wait until after the election period; the company said it remains confident of reaching an agreement.

Reportedly, Gaming Corps has secured a distribution deal with Playtech. The studio’s complete games catalogue goes live through Playtech Open Platform, giving operators across 40 regulated markets access to its titles.
Bally’s Intralot reported adjusted net debt above €1.6bn in its H1 2026 results while pursuing its acquisition of evoke. Debt rose by around €135m compared with a year earlier.
