SYNOT Group appointed Katarína Polách Klčovská as chief executive officer, effective 1 May 2026, the company said. Founder and owner Ivo Valenta made the appointment to a newly created role overseeing day-to-day management and implementation of shareholder-set strategic objectives.

Enteractive appointed Stephen Parry as group chief executive officer, effective 1 October 2026. Co-founder Mikael Hansson moved to executive chairman, while the company said it plans to pursue international expansion, closer operator partnerships and further technology development.
