Update: Super Group lowered its 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance to $700m–$720m and its revenue guidance to $2.525bn–$2.575bn after sports results cost it about $40m in third-quarter revenue.
Super Group CEO Neal Menashe said the company sees opportunities as the UK gambling market consolidates. Revenue from Betway and Spin in the UK rose 13% year on year in Q3, while group revenue increased 10% to $611 million. Menashe said the company had consolidated its UK businesses and was positioned to capture revenue as smaller operators exit.
In Q3, the UK market delivered a 13% year-on-year rise in revenue through the Betway and Spin brands, and group revenue for the quarter rose 10% to $611 million. Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter came in at $165 million, up 8% on the same quarter of 2025, and net profit for the period was $142 million.
Neal Menashe, the chief executive, said Super Group is well positioned to pick up revenue as the UK market consolidates. Menashe said the group had consolidated its UK businesses, which lets it soften part of the tax impact. He added: "Then the small operators don’t exist anymore, so basically we can then start mopping up some of that lost revenue."
Menashe said the UK sector is overtaxed and urged the government to find a balance on gambling tax burdens. He said further increases would cost jobs and push operators into the black market, where there is no tax revenue, protection or responsible gaming.
“We run a super lean machine, so we consolidated all our UK businesses. So at least we can mitigate some of the taxes.”
