Stake remains accessible to Brazilian users through stake.com

Stake continued offering bets to Brazilian users through stake.com after the national ban and the 6 October removal deadline, a media report said. The report said it accessed the site and created an account with Brazilian documents on 8 October; the Stake .bet.br domain displayed a suspension notice. Brazil’s SPA/MF said quota betting had become illegal nationwide, including for previously authorised operators.

The reported access raises enforcement concerns as Brazil’s ban also covers offshore operators serving users in the country.
