Spintec said the UAE's General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority granted it a federal gaming supplier licence, allowing it to work with GCGRA-licensed commercial gaming operators. The company also said it completed the application process for a supplier licence with Ontario's Alcohol and Gaming Commission.
Spintec said in a press release that the UAE's General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) granted it a federal gaming supplier licence. In Ontario, Canada, the company said it completed the application process for a gaming supplier licence with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
The GCGRA was described as an independent body of the UAE federal government with exclusive jurisdiction to regulate, license and oversee all commercial gaming activity in the country. The authorisation allows Spintec to establish commercial relationships with commercial gaming operators licensed by the GCGRA in the UAE. Spintec said it is one of the first manufacturers of electronic gaming machines to obtain a federal licence in the UAE.
Goran Sovilj, Spintec's chief commercial officer, said the company worked with its partner Bet Rite during the Ontario licensing process. Sovilj said the UAE licence opens new opportunities in the Middle East.
The press release also said Spintec's roulette holds the title of most successful electronic roulette solution in Western Europe, Central Europe, Latin America and North America, citing Eilers & Krejcik Gaming's 2026 performance reports.
