Spillemyndigheden reports Denmark online casino GGR growth above 12%

Regulation

Denmark’s Spillemyndigheden reported that online casino gross gaming revenue rose by more than 12% from 2024 to 2025, reaching DKK4.3bn. Overall market GGR was nearly unchanged at DKK11.5bn, while lottery, sports betting, slot machines and land-based casinos declined. The authority did not include channelisation figures in this report and said it would publish them separately after quality checks.

Online casino growth contrasts with declines in other Danish gambling sectors, informing operators and policymakers about market shifts.
