Enforcement & compliance

A branch of the Busan District Court sentenced an unnamed former professional Go player to 26 months in prison and fined him 180 million won for operating a real-money gambling network in hold ’em pubs. The court also fined an association he established 20 million won; the defendant denied the charges, but the court rejected his account.
