Russian casino operators report profit declines despite higher 2025 revenue

Casino operators in Russia's Sochi and Kaliningrad gambling zones have reported profit declines, while legal casino-sector revenue reached $463 million in 2025, up more than 15% year on year, according to the report. The sector's association expects domestic casinos to receive more than 570,000 guests this summer.
